What a wonderful week it has been! It's gone by WAY too fast as usual. I feel as though my time in Laramie is running out, and the fact that time is flying does not make me a happy camper! I am going to attempt to remember what happened this week, but everything just kind of runs together so hopefully this all makes sense!
So last Monday we played volleyball for FHE and it was AWESOME! We had to play in our skirts, but we brought tennis shoes and it was great. I may or may not have dove for the ball a couple of times. My team was so proud!
Tuesday we had a really awesome lesson with Sarah all about our individual worth and what our value is. She is still doing SO good. She is the strongest person I know and I just admire her so much. Sarah also got to down with the YSA down to the Denver temple to do baptisms. I am so proud of her and the progress she's made and all she's done to get where she is.
Another exciting event on Tuesday, we got a call from the elder who is over cars in the mission and he told us that our registration and plates were expired on our car. We switched cars a couple of days before and we called him because we didn't have the new registration with the car. Well Elder Smith looked into it and he found that someone had completely cancelled the registration of our car so we were driving an illegal car! Elder Smith then went on to tell me that if I got pulled over, I would go to jail, the car would be impounded, and we would get a hefty fine. So we borrowed a mission car that wasn't being used and drove that for a few days until we got the new registration and plates. What an adventure.
This week we set another investigator on date to be baptized on May 14th!!! Her family has been super against her joining the church, but she told them this past week that she wanted to join the church and they told her that they want her to be happy. That was so awesome to hear that she has some support now.
I am currently in the ER with a recent convert so that's why this email is short this week. Everything is going to be okay though! Transfers are coming up this week and I really really hope I don't leave Laramie, but I know the Lord will place me wherever he needs me!
I miss you all SO much! Remember that you are loved and that the lord loves you more than you know!
