So I'll just get right to it. Transfer calls came and I am training a new sister! And I am being transferred to Laramie, which the missionaries here refer to as Laradise because it is so awesome! We will be in the YSA wards and I am not gonna lie, I'm a little bit nervous! But I know the Lord is has good reason for sending me to Laramie and I am excited to see what that is! Sister Jenks is staying here in Cheyenne and has been called as a Sister Training Leader which means she is over a bunch of sisters and helps make sure everything is good and stuff. Sister Allen will be her new companion and she is awesome. She has been up in Casper, Wyoming for 9 months now so this will be a change. But I know she will do awesome things here!
This week has been soooo crazy busy! We helped our investigator Daylene move, and man that was a project. The whole move was super unorganized and took forever. But we had some of the elders there to help with all of the heavy lifting. One good thing is that Daylene is starting to soften her heart to us and the church. I think she is beginning to see how much happiness and light it brings into the lives of those who live the gospel. I hope Sister Jenks and Sister Allen will get to continue to make progress!
Jenna got baptized on Saturday and it was amazing. Sister J and I spoke at the baptism, and that was a little intimidating to say the least. But we have been talking to Jenna about serving a mission and we think she is really considering it now. She would be an amazing missionary too! Her family might not be too happy with us though... Oh well!
I am in the process of packing up right now. My half of the room has been nicknamed the danger zone because it is really difficult to pack everything for 18 months in 3 suitcases. I have no clue what my new address will be so that will be shared in next weeks email! I hope everyone has an awesome week! I love and miss you all!!!
How I feel about leaving Sister J
My awesome district that I will miss dearly
I drew this picture for Sister J. I am an artist.
We went to Pine Bluffs at night. Terrible idea. Came across the creepy "Santa's Village".
